He's a legend in kpop and changed the course of kpop & rap completely. Every popular korean celebrity is either a fan, influenced by him or both. Everything he wears sells out any new style he introduces shows up in other artists videos in their next releases. He also has collabed with Nike a few times and his sneakers always sell out.

XG, BTS, BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, the list goes on and on, but the one idol they all call their idol is him, GD. Without him, we wouldn't even be listening to idol music today
