Its been 2 years did you find any negative side effects of having roof garden? Also does it help lowering second story temperature in summer?

@@usiyalla7627 actually it’s been 9 years since we had this garden built and everything is going well Alhamdulillah. This garden is on first floor so ground floor is directly under it. We also have double glazed, PVC windows so I think temperature regulation effect is due to multiple factors
