Sydney-based advertising agency Designer Rice approached JJW STUDIO to craft a comprehensive set of video assets for Telehealth app Our Sage, powered by Cornerstone Health.
Our Sage gives customers easy access to a team of experienced, practicing GPs, so you can get first-class healthcare wherever you are - from the 'burbs to the bush.
With more Australians looking for virtual healthcare and online medical consultations, there has been a rise in sales-focused online only companies posing as primary healthcare. Many of these companies offer anything but quality healthcare, with business models based on selling more treatments and more products. They often have little healthcare expertise and limited access to real GPs.
Whether a customer needs a prescription, referral, medical certificate or a consult with an Australian-accredited GP, they can be confident they’re receiving the best medical advice that Telehealth will allow, via the Our Sage network of GPs.
Our Sage offers a digital doorway into a full range of healthcare services. Whatever the health concern or issue, they have the primary healthcare expertise to ensure customers receive the best care available.
One of the main challenges telehealth apps face when using video content as part of their marketing efforts is building trust and credibility with potential users. Healthcare is a sensitive and personal domain, and convincing individuals to trust a digital platform with their health can be a considerable hurdle. Video content needs to effectively convey the app's reliability, expertise, and commitment to patient well-being, which can be a complex messaging task in the competitive healthcare market.
To successfully promote Our Sage as a healthcare app, a wide array of video assets was indispensable. The video assets used formed as part of Our Sage’s organic, paid and OOH media strategies to reach, educate and grasp credibility with their audience. Each video highlighted significant and unique aspects of how customers can use the app in a myriad of ways for better health outcomes.
Designer Rice delivered a comprehensive storyboard consisting of ten videos, serving as our creative blueprint. Taking the reins, we embarked on a journey to bring this vision to life. With meticulous precision, we cast the perfect talent, scouted ideal locations, curated styling, and props, and assembled an enthusiastic crew of creative video experts. This collaboration ensured that the transformation from concept to captivating video content was nothing short of credible.
We then seamlessly extended our expertise into the realm of post-production, demonstrating a keen eye for detail as we pieced all the content together. With finesse and dedication, we meticulously edited each video, ensuring that every frame, transition, animation, and audio element harmonized perfectly with the original vision.
