This all might seem too good to be true, but it's really that simple. Eating oatmeal, and variations of oats, is all you need to fuel for an entire week of swimming, biking, and running. The more creative with your big day oats, the better. If you're setting out on a good hard swim, wake up and have yourself a quick woat (waffle oat). If you're recovering from a key tempo run, try a proat (protein oat). If you just completed your first half ironman, maybe celebrate with some coats (cookie oats). We’re Jenna Haufler and Miguel Mattox-
