Gluten causes inflammation regardless of an allergy! Just like dairy, peanuts, etc it’s an inflammatory. Cutting out inflammatory foods is supposed to help with PCOS :)

Not sure that's true. It only causes inflammation for those with the allergy or intolerance to it
