Lovely jumping and lovely new filly!! “All the geldings are to be sold” comments make me think you have sold Khal. That would be sad for us, but amazing for who may have him. Such a fabulous horse that you produced to the absolute top❤

Congratulations on a good show. I can’t believe that it’s already time to see Rocky again. It feels like both boys are getting ready to be sold which is so sad. However there is a filly that we can get attached too so that will be great.

Curly hair would be fun! Dali has come such a long way! He’s amazing! My heart has always loved Dali. All legs, heart and scope. Now though add the ridability and BAM! The full package!

No Khal seems weird Holly has he gone then? If so there’s a very lucky new owner out there. Dali looks fantastic and you have done an excellent job on him be proud. I can’t believe it’s nearly Aussie time again wow.tfs🤗🏇🤗

2024 is really Dhali his glow up year!! 🤩💪🏼 And the lovely baby Wiggy is a grown up horse now 🥺 such an exciting future!! But I do miss Khal? I hope he's well. ❤

So nice he felt good in jumping love your videos i did find that he swished the tail very much in the jumping. Wenn you were in france after lauren gave him some body work that was much better.

It is all coming together for the lovely Dali now that he’d finished growing and you guided him/developed him to be able to use his height and size effectively. You calling him careful as a cat made me laugh - if cats grew to 17.2 hands :) it was a bit of a gasp for me when you mentioned selling him (& selling Khal too) but of course you’ve got several horses coming up to produce too and as geldings can’t be bred it’s really your only choice. Who ever gets to buy those boys will be very lucky as it seems to me they both go clear every round you take them to, Holly. You must feel so proud of them. Looking forward to seeing Rocky again and Wiggy’s development when you come back - he is a very pretty youngster. Tfs :)

How do you switch between barefoot and shod during the season? how do you avoid the horses being sensitive after taking their shoes off?

I’m lucky that all my horses have very good feet and have compete for years barefoot. So I just take off the shoes and can ride them straight away, no transition needed.

I just want to preface this by saying I absolutely admire you as an equestrian and I don't wish to come across and rude, but I have to ask. I've been following you for years now and I can tall what a loving owner you are. So I am just very confused with how you ride Dali. With Khal you ride flawlessly and you both work great together, but Dali there are so many signs of discomfort... his tail is always always agitated, your contact in the reins is back and forth and you loose tension over jumps, his jump also seems very difficult to sit and you are often unseated. You also ride him with the seasaw method left right left right in the mouth which is quite a harsh way to ride. From an outside perspective it just seems like you two haven't figured each other out yet. Has he been ridden by anyone else yet ? Is he like this with everyone ? Given your job and your knowledge i'm sure he as been checked for any pain, but something just always seem to be bothering him when ridden. Sorry for spelling mistakes, i'm french x

During Queen Elizabeths celebration a few years ago fresian horse owners met up for a parade and some of the owners had most definetly set their horses manes in curlers. They were a bit strange unnatural looking if i am honest. But i dont think you would be using xl curlers for your boy. Lol😅....

Sounds like at the end of the video Holly alludes to possibly selling him. Got the idea that was the plan for a while so she can keep raising her own homebreds.
