I see nothing in the Constitution giving these tyrants, that aren't even in the US, the ability to strip away my rights. They also say "This isn't about tanks and artillery, this is about small arms," but even if that WERE the case and they WERE talking about tanks and artillery, we should still be able to own those as private citizens. When the Constitution was ratified, private citizens owned WARSHIPS and cannons. If these arms weren't protected under the 2nd Amendment, somebody would've put it somewhere, because they owned them even at that point in time.

We had a rifle team at my high school. Gun Safety was the 1st thing taught, you break 1 gun safety rule you were immediately out!! NO excuses! It was tied with our JROTC program and there were only a select few who were chosen, you had to have a proven record of being an adult -- Good grades,, no trouble,, etc!!

Tracing of ammunition and guns will never stop the crime from happening, but instead will make it easier for criminals to incriminate anyone but themselves. If the crime has been committed, how does catching the criminal after the crime prevent crime 🤷🏽‍♂️? Most criminals use illegal weapons, steal weapons from places they rob, and commit further crimes even though the laws prevent them from acquiring firearms. What other Constitutional RIGHTS need a license, government permission, or a permit to exercise?
