Gotta love it when all you fake fans look something up and run with it. Yes, it’s a heavier version of promise that does not fit the tone of the game, at least not the original l. This version of promise fits better in SH3 where the soundtrack was angsty.

The EB level 5 system is complete BS, its basically a class system. Scalpers have money, if you dont think a lot of of scalpers arent level 5, you are kidding your self. Its a scummy move locking things behind level 5 that only a certain amount of people can be part of.
