On d 2nd look ,it's not really congested but many vehicles .stil have beautiful parks, quite relaxed scenario for d locals immersed in their chess games ...

It gets congested on rush hours and some day when more people stay in the city. Yes, this is our main park in the city but we have another one slightly outside the city that is more green and spacious.

I remember I visited Dumaguete 10 years ago. The boulevard was packed with vendors, friends and families at night, was wondering if it’s the same . Is it near also to siliman university?

Hi Donnie! Amazing! 😁🙌🏻 a lot has changed since 10 years ago. You’d be surprised at the establishments you see when you visit here again. The place packed with vendors at night is now located at the other side of the boulevard closer to the park. I remember back then it used to be in front of Silliman and close to the pier 😅

Why onion so expensive in the Philippine ? it quite easy to grow. You can buy onion in big Australian supermarket for 50-70 peso/kg and Australia a desert country, farmers have to buy water and limited used from the river. Philipine can alway import agriculture product from other countries in south east Asia.

That is very correct! Unfortunately, agriculture is not in our top priority here hence why produce is so expensive 😩 We’ve been to other Asian countries who prioritize Agriculture like Vietnam and their produce were half the price compared to the Philippines.

My statement is fully derived from having studied Phil culture for the last 6 years and having talked with hundreds of pinay. As you know, skin whitening products are wildly popular in Phils...light skin is greatly desired there. Furthermore, from what I have learned and have been told by countless hundreds of pinay, half foreigner kids are highly desired by a pinay and are considered a "status" thing or "trophy" (light skin, colored eyes, pointed nose, taller etc). I can only state here what I have learned...observed from hundreds and hundreds of Filipinas there in Phils. These are not my opinions or truth but instead their beliefs, their feelings...their truths. @@VanandJoe
