I have absolutely loved the Norway series! It's so hard to pick out favorite bits, because it's all SO amazing! But the things I'll remember most, I think, is: * Honor system bakeri in the middle of the woods * The rotating treehouse * Cows surrounding your cabin on the dairy farm * Kayaking in the fjords Thank you for taking us to this absolutely GOREGOUS country! It's right up there with Switzerland as a must-see for me. ❤❤

I love watching videos like this. Because living on the west coast of Norway for my entire 36 year old life... It kinda makes you jaded, and blind to the beauty around you. It's nice to be reminded. A little sad you didn't get to see my town, as it's just a tad north from where you started heading back to Oslo. So next time you're in Norway, remember, go to Ålesund 👍 Also, your kids are adorable! Fun to see they also enjoyed out country 😊 Hunter seems sharp as a nail!

We done the 'Hurtigruten' ship return cruise from Bergen to Bergen [12 days] And in Summer the ships do a detour up the Graingerfjord for a few hours to the village of Grainger itself. About the most jaw dropping scenic thing you can do in all of Norway, the advertising blurb call it 'The most beautiful voyage in the world', and i guess they are just about right.

That's so fun! I actually lived an entire year on that campsite with the triangle cabin! The village used to have a art high school that I attended for 3 years so the first year I ended up living there and my bed was about.. 1 meter from the river. It took me quite some time to able to sleep without the sound of the wild water at night! :) Welcome back any time, we miss you already!

If you ever decide to visit again. Places such as Voss (the town, not the famous drinking water you can buy). Sogndal, Bergen, Stavanger/Ryfylket. Or northern Norway with places like Tromsø, Skjervøy, Harstad, Lofoten. Keep in mind, Lofoten is packed with tourists most of the year. But it is a very nice region. Or the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard during winter season.Svalbard is located roughly a 90 minutes flight from Tromsø

@18:20 Freia is a Norwegian brand, and production is for the most part in Norway. But the brand is owned by Mondelēz International since 1993. @25:50 Most newer car ferries are electric in Norway. As of a few years ago the government requires this for new contracts. Each dock has a charger the ferry connects to while it wait to unload and load vehicles. They do have diesel generators on board for backup and longer trips to maintenance. Ferry paying is as you suspected part of the AutoPASS system in Norway now. You can also prepay 2000 NOK for a car to get 50% off the normal price.

Fun fact about Kviklunsj: It's a stable in a norwegians easter-skitrip backpack. So the supermarkets have daily pricewar on them. Freia is the norwigian version of Marabou chokolate.

18:06 😮 the twist off bottle cap that’s just hanging on the side of the rim 🎉I’m obsessed. I wish we had that on all bottles. Never seen that in the US
@jonnor68832 ай бұрын
Even if Norway is not part of EU do we follow their regulations. EU decided 2 years ago that all bottles should have the plastic cap fastened to the bottle so that morenof the plastic is recycled. It's both annoying and ok at the same time. Norway actually recycles about 99% of all plastic bottles because of a system where you get money back when you bring the empty bottles to the store. So the cap fastened didn't actually mean a lot to us since we didn't throw away the cap even before

Very nice video, and fun to see that you liked your time in Norway! The large chocolate that you showed ("Melkesjokolade" by Freia) is one of the more famous Norwegians chocolates. That one is made with almonds, and not with hazelnuts, but they do have one version with chopped hazelnuts, one with whole hazelnuts and one with a combination of hazelnuts and rasins. It was also fun at 9:07 when you said "Oh, he mooed", while looking at a cow. 😆
