What BS are you talking about? Have you been to the park recently? There are many fishes in Bishan AMK Park, in fact I saw one otter that just caught a fish there just last week, and I have met one of the Otter Watcher as well and he has even shown videos of otters on his phone he has taken in the past. But the problem is there are also many non native former pet Red-eared Sliders tortoises there too in the waters.

Here a video posted recently of otters in Bishan AMK Park. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZvToYB6i9qcpNE If there are otters there, then there should be plenty of fishes for them to feed on. Otherwise they will move to other locales. In fact, 10 Marina Otters were caught fighting with 7 Zouk otters in Bishan-AMK Park recently. mothership.sg/2020/05/otters-fight-bishan-ang-mo-kio-park/ Note: Marina family are formerly lived in Marina Bay, and Bishan family formerly lived in Bishan AMK Park. But in 2015 there was territory fight between two otter families in Marina Bay. Bishan family won the battle and now stay at Marina Bay, whereas Marina family escaped to Bishan AMK Park. So the families basically swapped territory. mothership.sg/2020/03/bishan-marina-otters-fight/
