Yes, you've heard it in the background coz it's a part of a speech of Winston Churchill, pronunced when England joined the WW2, in May 1940. It's called "Be ye men of valor". The song, anyway, is about the human being's ability to cause pain and suffering to his similars, a sort of prey to God to take us again toward the path of Good, to not repeat an event like WW1 and WW2. At least, I've understood this listening it. Hope to be been helpful. :)

This is a really good song, I thought it was cool that it has the "Sanctus Espiritus" in it because I'm currently taking Latin in school and "Sanctus Espiritus" is Latin meaning "Holy Spirit" :D
