I really miss Within Temptation's old sound, like this song. This was a demo song that wasn't released on the Silent Force album. I wish they would enhance the audio and do a remix version of this song and put it out on their next album. That would be awesome!

I listened to Our Solemn Hour about three years ago on a Tribute, it's still one of my favorite songs. This couldn't be more relevant for what I told you I've been going through. Since 09.28.2018, I've blindly followed everything that lead to healing my co-dependecy, transmuting that into unconditional love. Lol, okay, this is odd. I've been coming to this song every time I write about my villain in -my- book, too. I love it. It really expresses the slow dawning of comprehention that one of my characters have as they realize who the real villain behind the peice is. He has a very dangerous mind. This song reminds me of the little girl from my story, Grace, and her alter ego, the antagonist of the story, Zara. When Grace, her sister Kirsten, and several of their friends are transported to an alternate universe, she is kidnapped by Zara, and when Zara is defeated, she links her spirit to her reincarnation, unknown to anyone else.
