@@yashfamirza1793 yes i didnt excersise much but i prefer floor sitting all the time it will help ...and when 9th month started i 7sed to walk around 30 to 40 m8nutes every single day ..i know its tough but i did...i recite surah e maryum ..and one thing more i used to eat pappaya in last month because pappaya helps in cervical ripening and helps in NVD.
