We had our Christmas dinner last night, as were at in-laws for bits and drinks on Christmas Eve, then off on a road trip from Christmas Day. We had 86 eats turkey with a bacon/pistachio/cranberry stuffing, roast veg, peas, red cabbage and gravy. I also made banoffee pie cheese cake and trifle. Had to make every single element from scratch, as we don’t have vegan cake etc for trifle in the supermarkets here in NZ. It was delicious and we have more left for another meal today. Glad all the cooking and cleaning up is done! Looking forward to seeing your Christmas dinner! Enjoy! Merry Christmas one and all 🎄
