What's the top approach?

It sounds like they are saying the iron condors are the top approach. I have made a lot with them but I’ve also lost a lot with them. Maybe the best approach is to trade them but if it starts going against you get out for a small loss so you never have a blowout loss. With 10-20 delta your win rate is quite high but you will lose at times so make sure the losses are small.

In slide1, 16 delta strangle worst loss/bpr is 1.2. In the rest of the slides it has been reduced to 1.0.

Except I’m only approved for level 2 options and can’t put together these more complex level 3 strategies. So what’s my best option? I’d say selling puts and calls on cheaper yet somewhat lower IV, but will still be higher IV than other big blue chip companies.

The options education industry is a joke. I get why exploiting the options intrinsic weakness seems to be the only way to make money using options. But reducing everything at grabbing theta decay and four legs adirectional strategies is very basic. Options are way more versatile and powerful.
