The fact all three are completely normal through what they had been through and came through with no brain issues is so lucky
@chenilleoneil12892 жыл бұрын
My twin, myself and our mother also had an extremely difficult pregnancy and delivery (together.) my identical twin and I were perfectly typical up until the age of seven, things then started to decline and today we both suffer a whole host of crippling physical and mental health issues. My point is sometimes the damage caused by the trauma of these births isn’t visible at first, but grows from a tiny seed, bigger, bigger, ‘till the damage is finally visible. Not being a pessimist, honestly, I just like to to keep things real.

@@Kimyx3Angel All three are triplets but the boys are identically twins within that. So two eggs were fertilised but one of those eggs split in two to form the twins. So as a collective they are triplets but also have a twin pair within that. (I hope this makes sense).
@FullmoonPhantom-dn2sr2 жыл бұрын
@@Kimyx3Angel They’re triplets. Multiple babies like twins or triplets don’t always look the same. 2 babies are identical which is why the video said twins. The 3rd baby is just another sibling. Like the fraternal baby. The baby is not identical with the other 2. If I remember biology class correctly, the mom probably released two eggs. One egg split after fertilization early in development . That’s the twins. Then the second egg is a normal egg. That’s the fraternal triplet. Fraternal meaning the girl will be no more alike to her siblings than if she was a 1 birth baby. A non triplet or non twin. A fraternal baby also means there must’ve been two different sperm that each fertilized an egg.

Thank goodness the babies are okay. My sister was very similar, came out two and 3/4 months too early. The doctors told us she wouldn’t make it, but she defied the odds, because she was a big eater when she was in the nicu. She drank milk well, and gained enough weight, so two months later, she was able to come home. She’s fine now, and still loves food

Such a beautiful story ♥️ Something very similar happened with me. I had my twin girls at 25 weeks, due to an incompetent cervix. Only I wasn’t aware my cervix was incompetent until our anatomy scan. I went to my ob that day and didn’t go home until a month later when I gave birth. Both of my girls survived with no complications. Sending love to anyone searching the internet for answers during a difficult or uncertain time ♥️♥️

I had my singlet at 26 weeks also from undiagnosed cervical insufficiency. I love hearing you and your twins are well. ❤️

What's the name of this hospital?

The similarities between their story and ours is just crazy. My wife was pregnant with triplets as well. They also told us to terminate and we refused. We sadly lost our son at 18 weeks due to a short cervix. Had an emergency cerclage put in from a new doctor because the old one refused and our identical girls continued on until 28.3 weeks where they had to come out via emergency c section. The girls are now healthy 18 month olds.

This brings tears to my eyes...the hospital told me my almost 22 week old daughter who was healthy wasnt going to survive and they will not do anything to help her. So i watched her die in my arms 3 hours after being born. It was the saddest hardest day in my life. I had a cerclage with my second pregnancy and i made it to 38 weeks.

I can only imagine their birthdays would be very confusing to explain to people as they grow up. "Ok so there are triplets, but one of them is born the year before? Oh, but only a few days before, as they're all born around New Year's. The other two have the same birthday though? I assume that's the identical twins? No?! The identical twins have different birthdays? Wait, so the identical twins are 1 year apart? Oh right, just a few days yeah. Wait, so are they in the same grade at school? When do you celebrate their birthdays and how..."

- I had triplets, twin boys and a girl - wow, that couldn't have been easy - no, one was born and then I birthed the other two five days later. - does your daughter like being older? - no, it was one of the twins who was born first.

Wow. Incredible. They truly are miracles. I was scared having my son at 35 weeks I cannot imagine the panic and worry she must’ve felt in the moment they told her Cian was coming. My son was the cut off for the hospital I delivered at. They wouldn’t have even taken us if I was a day earlier. I can’t even fathom the nicu stay rollercoasters they went through. Let alone delivering one of your triplets and having the other two still in your belly. What a wonderful mom & dad. Such an interesting birthday story they’ll get to share forever.

Interesting family: A daughter from a previous relationship, an adopted son, identical twins (born 5 days apart) that also happen to be a part of a trio. A mouthful in explanation but still a home full of love.🙂❤️

I'm a little confused how the older sister is a step. Did they mean half? (Not assuming the commenter I'm responding to would know. Just thinking out loud)
@Web4Brainz2 жыл бұрын
Yeah that confused me too I had to check the description to see their last names and they’re the same so it’s most likely the dad’s daughter but yeah it should say just sister since they do have a blood relation

@@harrypotterfantng she's a half sister. I'm pretty sure they just got that wrong. She calls the dad 'dad' and she calls the mom by her name.

it makes me so happy for women who have been told they cant get pregnant, eventually being able to carry them through IVF. theres another couple on yt that i watch who have done this, lucky for them theyre having twins ^^
@rachelcookie3212 жыл бұрын
My parents had me through IVF, they got really lucky. They wanted two kids but the doctor said they would have to try again straight after for a chance to have another kid and they didn’t want two kids at once so they decided to just see what happens. They continued to try for another 13ish years until my mum hit menopause and my mum never got pregnant again. They were lucky to have me after only a few years of trying and on their first round of IVF.

This video made me so emotional. I myself am I triplet as well, and watching this made me so grateful for my parents and the doctors that took care of me and my siblings. We were born about 2 months earlier than expected, which caused my lungs to have small problems that I still have to this day and my neck had problems at the time too. I am so glad everything turned out well with their birth, I am so proud of them

The current millennium started on 1st January 2001. There was no year zero. The calendar starts with the year 1, so the first millennium started with the year 1. A thousand years later than year 1 was year 1001, so the second millennium started with the year 1001. A thousand years later than year 1001 was year 2001, so the third millennium started with the year 2001. I wish they would educate people about this at school.

My daughter and son in law tried for years. My daughter would become pregnant, 1st trimester, miscarried 3 times. One was a set of twins. This really took me back...they are in the process of adopting twins they have fostered for 3 years.

I hope they stay normal kids when they get older. 22 weeks is very early and a lot of them have some kind of struggle later. Some small some bigger. They toke a risk to keep all three and fortunately they seem to be fine. They are very lucky :)
@karen_32 жыл бұрын
yep i hear in cases like these or somewhat similar the child may look and be completely healthy/normal but then around the ages of 7-10 may just suddenly decline in mental or physical state. these triplets already look kinda dysmorphic and not to be pessimistic but they probably might have issues in the future. praying im wrong ❤️

I knew twins that were born very prematurely and they're fine. They're a bit smaller than they should be, but typically what goes wrong is just development of the body
