Our TTC story - we've been through PCOS, a missed miscarriage, chemical miscarriage and then a late miscarriage when our son was born sleeping on 12th September 2014! But we have also had 2 healthy pregnancies resulting in our 2 beautiful girls!

I can remember emailing you when I losted my little boy who was born sleeping at 25 weeks on the 10th of October 2014 so not long after you losted Rocco because I really wasn't coping and you really helped me ☺ and then we both had our healthy baby girls in February xx

Thanks so much for sharing your story. I've been subscribed to you for years and have enjoyed following your journey. I recently lost a son at about 17 weeks along. It was shocking and extremely hard. When I found out at the midwives that my baby no longer had a heartbeat, I remembered your video about your late miscarriage. So I went home and one of the first things I did when I got home was watch your video about your late miscarriage because I wanted more information as to what to expect. It helped me a lot to watch that video. So thank you so much for sharing it here on KZbin. The next morning I went to the hospital to get induced and gave birth to our son that night. One of the hardest things I've ever gone through. Again, thanks for sharing your experiences it has helped me a lot and i'm sure it has helped others too.

I have PCOS diagnosed at 14 too, I haven't tried for a baby yet as I feel too young but it's always in the back of my mind that I might not be able have kids which is heartbreaking. But your story gives me hope ! Thanks for sharing your story ❤️

Thanks for sharing your story Kerry!!! You have two beautiful girls although you went through it. I understand and had similar problems but I didn't get my cycle normally it wouldn't start on it's on so they had to start it for me surgically at 19. I had problems with my cycles and ovaries still after the surgery. Also went through a lot with my kidneys and following surgery on them I was told I couldn't have kids and that I should adopt or try for a surrogate. But two years later I had a daughter and the pregnancy wasn't difficult. But following her birth I had gotten pregnant yearly for 4 years but a miscarriage with each one at 16 to 18 weeks. We didn't find the problem until 3 years later and I was pregnant again and this time with twins a boy and a girl and it was a high risk pregnancy. I had to see several physicians during the first four months of my pregnancy nearly 5 days a week. In the end I wasn't able to carry my twins to term and at 36 1/2 weeks my labor was induced and my son was still born,mydaughter had problems with her lungs and heart, and I had preeclampsia during labor and nearly bled out. We found out that my umbilical cord wasn't enough to sustain them both in the womb. I had problems with blood clotting that led to my miscarriages. And during my pregnancy with twins I had to give myself heparin injections daily to prevent the clots. Currently no more heart problems she had surgery at two months to close the hole that was in her heart. And she has really bad asthma since her lungs weren't fully developed at birth. Still through it all I feel blessed to have my two kids.

That is so tough. I remember those vlogs about you losing your son. I have 4 kids...2 planned and 2 happy surprises ( well my 4th turned into a happy surprise as I was pretty much done after 3 kids lol). I had an ectopic pregnancy when I was ttcing for a second. But it all worked out in the end.

PCOS is so crazy and told so many different things. I was diagnosed from about 16 but no one told me for sure until I was 19 but has so many tests. My doctor outright said I couldn't have children, little did he know I was pregnant at that time. I didn't know I was pregnant with my first child until I was 37 weeks pregnant because of pcos symptoms but it was so hard as my partner and I were in university. With our second we didn't know I was pregnant until about 20 weeks. It is definitely a journey xxxx

I have PCOS also and We've been trying for baby number 2 since our son turned 1 in October and we've recently suffered our first miscarriage I never imagined it would happen to us after being able to get pregnant so quickly and easily the first time around x

Sorry for your loss, it comes as a shock when you've already had a healthy one. After losing our Son, I took 75mg of Aspirin with my next pregnancy and I'm sure thats the only reason Aria is here. It doesn't work for everyone but its worth a go as it can't do any harm xx

make your blood a bit thinner just incase it is slightly sticky and is finding it hard to get through the umbilical cord to feed baby! Because no other problems were found they think the blood just stopped getting to the baby somehow and he basically starved of oxygen x

I was told at 15 I may struggle to conceive and I was the same. I just dismissed it as I was so young and deep down I knew I wanted kids so denial was strong too lol

Lumdeedums yeah I'm the same, in all honestly it's only just really hit me seeing this video, didn't really realise the chance of conceiving was so low. I do know many people with PCOS with children though so hopefully we will all get our happy ending ❤️

So sorry for your losses. I have sadly lost five babies. I am very blessed with two healthy children. The doctors have not been able to find out why I am losing them and I honestly sometimes think I have PCOS. I think I need to get a second opinion because my doctor just goes with her thinking I don't have it and never has tested me. Anyways, I was curious how long it was after your loss of your son that you got pregnant again if you can remember? I have always wondered how long is good enough to wait. Our bodies are probably the only ones that know that answer. Happy for you that you were able to blessed with your children even after going through all that you did. Sending you hugs.

Do you not take any birth control? I have pcos and endometriosis and I have 2 healthy children . I had 1 chemicals miscarriage after my last child.. We don't use birth control and haven't for years but no 3rd baby unfortunately. xx

No I don't as anything hormone based includes my migraines so I can't take anything myself. I honestly think it just happens when its meant too xx

I've just discovered I have PCOS at the age of 21, I didn't have any symptoms until lately and I'm crushed. I also have a bad hormone imbalance I have next to no progesterone.. I'm also in a same sex relationship so I'm not sure if I'll ever have my own babies which breaks my heart :( x

Hey, I was diagnosed with pcos in my early 20s. My ultrasound was completely riddled with cysts. I was shocked. I had a bmi of 20, exercisd regularly and was on a low carb diet.. but I was extremely stressed & my high cortisol levels were disrupting my cycles. A little over a year later and I had gained weight, bmi of 22 & reduced stress. I requested another ultrasound & the number of cysts had decreased, i no longer meet the criteria for pcos. If i hadnt asked for an updated ultrasound id still be walking around thinking I have Pcos! Just because you've been diagnosed with pcos doesn't mean it's always forever. Work on the cause of Pcos and get another ultrasound. I urge anyone that's had an ultrasound more than 2 years ago to get a new 1 or full bloodwork panel done . Anyway.. please don't torment yourself with "what if" scenarios. Try not to fret over getting pregnant until that is something relevent to your life. That's what I've tried to do because being stressed is terrible for pcos & I want to enjoy my life...💗 Goodluck x
