Back in the day I could ride with best of them ! last time I road was Dec 2020 at age 64 going on 65 ! I have a unique old sled ,that I built 40 years ago! a '79 Arctic Cat El'tigre 6000 with a 500cc out and '81 , tunneled , skidoo M10 rear suspension, 136" 2" mountain paddle track and that thing will climb vertical as long as are brave enough , crazy enough and hold the throttle wide open ! and at a weight of 416lbs full of fuel ! But it's an Ironman sled as doesn't have independent front suspension and it will beat you Arms to death ! but we did ride 190 mile in 3 days!!!

The other night I had the most vivid dream I have ever had. I was hired by Larson Farms and working right along side you guys and it was my most proudest moment in life. Then I woke up and have never been more disappointed in my life. Fell back to sleep and re-entered that dream but not so vivid this time just to wake up again disappointed. I guess I'll just have to be a farmer in my next life unless I choose to become a house cat for a loving rich family in Southern California...

Hello to you Chet and Eric and Brody and your friend. You guys look great out there in that beautiful area. Those sleds are monsters and first class. Your friend Clay is one of a kind rider-wow!!!! He can really ride a sled. I am with you on this ride. I rode snowmobile for about 20 years all over the northern states and Colorado. Had absolutely wonderful rides thru the years. Most of mind was trail riding but did a bit of the mountain riding which is much much much harder. So I totally understand what you say after four hours or so you are worn out and sore from riding. You have a super guide and sled operator with Clay. I am glad you all went there for a vacation. Know all you had a great time and totally enjoyed your sledding. Very nice. Makes me wanting to try it again but I am too old now. Great business that Clay has there. You guys enjoy!!!!! Thanks for filming for all of us. Totally enjoyed this video. You all take care and be safe. Safe journey on the road. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy. And Old sled rider. Steve.

What people don't realize is the tracks, it may only be a foot, but then add in the paddled track. That and horse power, I'm sure they changed the jets. As far as altitude Chet, that's why hunters acclimate beforehand. Try running in the mountains when your used to Delta Mississippi breathing. Even moving from Minnesota down to Delta, three years after moving, I froze solid when I traveled back home to Minnesota. It changes the body, and affects the oxygen within the blood. Crazy!
