So around 25:00 Sam was talking about hearing the phone ringing when no one else did. Tying it to Season 2 (2022) when Sam and Colby started to open up to their senses and Sam is starting to realize that he is clairaudience. This is one of the times, because the phone ringing isn't on audio either and only Sam hears it.

I forgot if you guys even mentioned this, but. A other reason why it’s so hunted is that during the “Great Depression Era” people where jumping off the top floor and just killing them selves. You can also sometimes(most of the time) see scratch marks on the 17th and 19th floor. While hearing a little girl playing in the hallways with a red bouncy ball. I only know this because I’ve been There many of times for cheer competitions. You can even ask my friends that We’ve heard stuff as well.
