It's also a great idea to have lived together a while before tying the knot and really learn about each other. A lot of ppl have different reasons for not wanting to get married. But I know a few couples that got married quickly after meeting each other and ended up divorcing. Always a good idea to wait. If it's meant to be it will be. If not, good thing all that $$ and time wasn't wasted 😂

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 10 years this June. He’s been married before, and hesitated about the thought of marrying again. I told him I’d be okay with never getting married long as we are committed to one another. This past November we got engaged & as much as I knew I loved him and was fully committed to him before, being engaged with the love of my life is such an honour & beautiful feeling that I can’t explain. We’ve lived together for 5 years and have gone through so much. 10 years doesn’t feel very long now that I’ve experienced it with someone I love, and it only makes me want to experience a hundred more lifetimes together with him. That’s what I feel like marriage should be. Wanting to live lifetimes with someone because no amount of time will ever feel like enough time with that person. ❤️
