Our wedding video (Boho & Barefoot)

Seeing as I recently experienced the worst day of my life I thought I’d lift the mood by sharing with you one of the BEST days of my life.
Plus, when I asked (in my last vlog) if you wanted to see our wedding video a lot of you came back surprisingly keen. So here it is...

A little bit about our wedding day:
Well first of all, it was more of an elopement. We are all about intimacy, so the smaller the better, for us. Plus we hate being the centre of attention (believe it or not) especially in a large crowd.
So we gathered together our nearest and dearest and got hitched on a farm style property in the country along the NSW South Coast of Australia.
We wanted to keep it simple, so we threw a rug on the grass where we said “I do” and a table in the Orchard to feast at afterwards. We then lit a fire and played music through the good old UE booms and danced the night away.
It was everything and more.

Awww.....you both look so in love and relaxed on your earthy, natural, simple wedding day, just your way. All the money, faff and cost of weddings often leading couples to out do each other these days......this goes to show it is not always about that but simply love, trust, family, friends and vows(whatever your religion)......just beautiful. The videos, unlike a home computer copy and photo album, can always be looked at, they wont be forgotton on a usb or collect dust on a shelf. No risk of losing it all to a fire or flood. I'm a little confused, was this filmed a long time ago and just now put up? It is definitely a gorgeous wedding and I am so happy for your amazing little family, but your tummy was missing the baby bump. Did I miss something? Praying that the last twin is still doing okay. tochnitm Thank you for such a beautiful comment. It was such a special day and feels more and more special the more time passes by. I was barefoot all day but when it got dark and cold I threw on a pair of boots to warm me up ☺️ Can you imagine heels, wow, I would have left little sink holes all around the property 😆

I understand that with the boots in the evening, I would think of a pair of UGG boots :-) - originally I had thought of a pair of Birkenstocks, which would also go well with the boho style, but now I am convinced, if I would marry I do it barefoot like you. I was thrilled by how natural and authentic that looked to you. Best regards
