@@monabts3143 that doesn’t make sense. They’re wearing only Somali and Harari clothes. I don’t see Oromo clothing
@emjae23 жыл бұрын
@@fatimamhi girl don’t start that bullshit here. The little kids dancing were wearing oromo clothes. The bride and the bridesmaids were also wearing it but it’s a customized version of it. Specifically from the hararghe region. Also the gold head piece jewelry that the women are wearing is called qarma and the oromos who wear it are also from the hararghe region. They are doing oromo dances too, don’t be weird
@fatimamhi3 жыл бұрын
@@emjae2 They’re actually wearing Somali sadex qayd, oromos call it sadeeta because they just took it from us. Oromos do wear that frequently, but started wearing it after they began living near and among Somalis in the Somali region. So no, there is absolutely no Oromo clothing at this wedding. 🥰
@s_f59143 жыл бұрын
@@emjae2 most of them don't even know what they're talking about. You literally find vintage photos of Oromos wearing saddettas. Like there's no proof of who wore it first. Some of them claiming it as theirs only is sheer ignorance. Let's just pray for them 🙏
