Just an idea, that our family has done. In stead of big dinners, we do big lunches, then small dinners or snacking. We also homeschool, and the kids have things in the evenings, so it actually works out. If we do big lunch we sometimes eat a little later, like 1 to 2. We will even do this on the weekends. It is nice because it makes the evenings a bit less hectic. Just an idea. Love the videos!!!

@@Loveapothecarist it runs on gas! Yes, it can definitely warm things up in the summer. Many who have them have a backup stove in the basement or an outdoor cooker that they switch to in the summer months. We just run it all year and make do with some months being pretty toasty in the kitchen area.

Thank you as always for sharing ❤😊 Today you was my company with my morning coffee 😊 I really love soups, and I am alone and last December I bought myself a “soup maker”. It’s like a blender and a water kettle in one. It’s small, so more for one person. It’s 6 deciliters, around 2,5 American cups. I have dental braces, so soup is a good one 😬🤓 I am allergic to dairy but I use a small potato in every soup I make and that makes it’s so creamy 😋 I also love “loaded soup”. I have the soup and adds on different veggies and other yummy things and it’s more like a stew. So delicious. My favorite soups are corn soup, cauliflower soup, and mushrooms soup, all with some potato for creaminess and nutritional yeast for umami 😋 There are so many great soups (and stews), and I totally agree: leftovers are great 🥰🤩 I don’t mind eating the exact same meal, but as you said, you can twist it, or use it in another way and make it totally different, for half the work load 😁💪🏻 Chili in enchiladas was a great idea 😊 I will stop babbling now 🤣🫣 Wish you another blessed week 😊 Love from Johanne, Norway 🇳🇴
