We stayed near Alicante about 15 years ago with our then teenage daughters. All they wanted was the beach! Definitely a visit place on our trip to Spain in 2024

Loved Alicante! Such a cool place to explore. We wished we had stayed longer and we didn’t have time to visit the Castle and its views. Loved the market and just the whole atmosphere of the place. Must go back for longer.

Look at all them boats, Makes you wonder if any poor people over that country..lol Lovely market, Makes you wonder how they get on as there is so many, Unlike our town everywhere is closing down and we only had one stall, I did like the Bells ringing, Lovely day out for you.. Cheers mate. No different to UK Kev. Although everyone does seem a bit more cheerful. And there are closed shops all over the outskirts of places Still huge money divides. Beggars outside the Cathedral there, seemed to be being run by a couple of gang masters. 😨

We got the bus from the campsite. It returned at 12:30 or 6pm. As it was our last night we decided a whistle stop tour was best. Really wished we had stayed longer. Best place we’ve visited on this trip mate
