I'm with Cooper about the Oreos! When I was younger, they used to fall apart every time you tried to split them! Either the cookie would break or the cream wouldn't come off clean and stick to another piece.

The double stuff creams(the ones Kara was separating) are easier to separate, I experienced the cream on both sides with original Oreos.

I saw a documentary the other day about the "evil" beginnings of Oreos and how they are a knock off of another superior biscuit. Was interesting and worth a look if you got 30 mins to kill and are interested in evil corps, big business, and never eating Oreos again haha

I have a recommendation, take the bare leftover Oreos and put the whipped peanut filling between two of them. Like a crunchy peanut butter chocolate cookie. Wow that would even be better than the Girl Scout peanut butter cookies! When you cut the new inventions in half, they reminded me of a Moonpie.

I remember when the ONLY kind of oreo was the regular stuffed. Double Stuffed didn't become a regular thing until I was 10 or so. And yes they did break more often!

I started Making a version of this about a year ago. I made 3 batches before I finally came up with the perfect version! I have a silicone reeses cup or cupcake mold. I only fill it about 1/3 full of chocolate and don't dump it out coating it I do this in a different process. I make my reeses & I add Graham cracker crumbs and salt and powdered sugar and just a touch of vanilla and brown sugar then roll it in a 3/4" log put it in the fridge in a zip lock bag in the fridge for about an hour. Then I cut little rounds about 1/4“ thick then set those rounds on top of each cup of chocolate and take a toothpick pushing the peanut butter round down a little bit letting the chocolate cover the top being careful not to push it too far down. Then if I need to add a little chocolate I just squeeze some chocolate on the top out of a piping bag and tap the tray to smooth it out. It makes almost a thin reeses. Then I take my double stuff oreos and I scrape out the centers and roll the centers out and use a 3/4" little biscuit cutter or the top of a salt shaker or spice jar would even work. Roll it out to 1/8" thick. Cut out the rounds and then put them back on each oreo cookie top and bottom and sandwich them together. Then I can dip them in chocolate I do white chocolate, milk chocolate, then I do a black and whit which is half white half dark. Just thought I would share these are so good and an easier bite! 😊

I must be one of the few people on Earth, when I could eat such things, who really doesn't like Oreos, but I'm thinking that for those who do- to use up the single sides, you could also fill those cups with your Cherry Cream, and then top with the Cookie. I have a few ideas…two to be exact. 1.) See what Chat GPT would create for a candy or a chocolate. 2.) liquid nitrogen! Put marshmallow fluff in liquid nitrogen to freeze it and then dip it in chocolate. Maybe try it with peanut butter and other things too! Love the channel!

Thought of an easy way to get the cream to stick, use one of those wooden trays. Put it upside down on the "stack" and lightly tap the bottom of the wood tray. Remove top tray then I think they would be stuck together. Or you could try a sheet pan instead.

So, you may have figured out what to do with the leftover cookies like cover with chocolate, make “cookie pops,” but this is in my opinion a winner: place a plain chocolate cookie in the wet bottom shell of a peanut butter cup, top with generous peanut butter filling, another plain chocolate cookie, and cover with chocolate! Smaller than the triple layer bomb and without the white cookie filling, which is not everyone’s favorite. I’m already addicted!
