On the previous episode about the rock bouncer they had over 20 comments that they needed to run a supercharger for instant throttle response because turbos have a lag at low rpm and is not appropriate for this kind of off road vehicle, so what did they do? they buy two brand new turbos. lol, go figure. It doesn't surprise me at all because everything these non educated idiots do they end up doing it wrong every time. Two dudes with more money than Brains.

I have this car in dark blue! 2016 AMG GTS. Show them the HP/TQ gauges by going to Vehicle, then Dynamic Select, then Engine Data in the center screen menu! 503HP rating feels way underrated when you drive it. So glad you bought this!

Talk to Mat Armstrong. He had to bring parts over from the UK when he rebuilt Adam Lz's Porsche. There were lots of parts that couldn't be sold in America, but could be bought over the counter there.

I would not recommend twin turbos on the rock bouncer, you want instant throttle response to get over the rocks turbo lag Will kill momentum a procharger would work better they spool almost instantly

It's not a crawler, it's a bouncer. If you watch rock bouncers they hold the throttle flat the whole way up the hill. How do you get low throttle response if the throttle is flat to the floor?

Guys the Material at the front on that small part is Kevlar Honeycomb super strong very light and a bit flexible ,actually most of the cars you work with that have single tub cabin like the ferrari they use the Kevlar Honeycomb in the center of the Carbon for strength and sound proof plus its light because it doesnt need that much Resin !

Order the OEM GTR hardware for the underside of the wing in the back! Makes it much cleaner on the underside of the AM carbon fiber GTR style wing Had a GTC myself with that same wing and it made a huge difference in the rear rather than a Standard rusty nut and bolt 🔩

I would love to see you rebuild the Mercedes IF you can. Not being able to get the parts for it will be an obstacle. But you might find another totalled Mercedes that you could buy and part it out for the green one. You might have to do some custom fabricating. You're going to get it figured out. I have faith!!

The instant throttle response of a Whipple blower in my opinion is the better choice for rock crawler’s.Make sure the turbo is sized for a fast spool up.

Its just a 3x1 aluminium bar thats bent at the front of the merc- vTuned would just replace the bar himself with a bar from a metal shop. As for the rear crumple, if USA dealers will not sell you the parts then UK or German dealers will no problem. Good luck guys!

The piece that u see in the Wheel Both is for Noise Reduction, Rocks hiting it you can not hear that at the front,

dont go mirror image on the turbos. if you go mirror then it will more expensive from the start and if you have to replace something its more expensive. most racers dont for that reason as well. you spend more time waiting on the replacement for the mirror aspect then being able to simply replace it with an off the shelf turbo and get back up and running. show cars it makes sense to have the mirror for that reason but we all know you boys are going to beat the crap out of the thing like its built for.
