Did you find there was a benefit in the horizon v gen 3? I haven’t been able to see a difference besides the style.

The only difference is the style. There's no difference in terms of what features are included

I’m curious if either app (oura or natural cycles) shows your daily temperature with two digits after the period. Also curious if you can add your cervical mucus observations into Natural Cycles; I believe I read that you can, but the app doesn’t take your observations into account when calculating your fertility.

Thank you! I sync my Oura app with my Natural Cycles app daily. When I do that, I can see my temperature with two digits after the period in the Natural Cycles app. I don't add any additional information, but you can add a bunch of observations on the Natural Cycles app. I don't think it factors in when calculating fertility, though. It's really just notes for you.

I am really interested in both of these things, the run and natural cycles. Mostly to track fertility as well but particularly to PREVENT another pregnancy because I am on my third baby in three years so I am hoping this works well for you because I am very interested in your feedback because I really don’t want to get on birth control and this seems like the best way to track

Read Taking Control of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It’s a huge book but chapters 3-6 go over allllll this in detail. Also, the The Fifth Vital Sign: Master Your Cycles & Optimize Your Fertility Book by Lisa Hendrickson-Jack. This author has a podcast!! I’d recommend her episode on basal body temp.
