If you wanna do OF, it is something that needs a lot of consideration i think. Like you should be prepared for whatever consequences that comes after, if there are any…like maybe if your family members find out and they shun you, etc etc. If you are prepared for anything that may happen, then go ahead and do OF. Like you said, it is an honest living.

Love this video. It breaks the stereotype where OF people are the dumb type. Very good business people, know their target market and know how to cater to them specifically. They also know the cons too not just the money, which I hope everyone that does sexual works do. Morally it is in a grey area just like many things in life that is not black and white. Hope they have a happy life ahead and achieve what they want.
@cnaizhen Жыл бұрын
I find it hard to believe that some of the OF creators would say that their content is not considered porn, when it is obvious that both the platform and the content is targeted at those who want sexual relief. And they ARE exploiting their body. That said, they did nothing to harm the society/people. There are tons of hard work and sacrifice made (planning & preparation logistics, digital marketing, etc). It is money made using their sweat and blood, and people should respect them for that. OF is definitely still porn though.

I can't blame them for being in the situation they were in, but if saying doing lewd contents is respectable, it is not what I feel it is. Hear me out first before you comment here. This is part of an open-minded conversation/discussion. Following this is not a degrading comment but just a thought. What I hope NOT to happen is that our children grow up to glorify doing these kind of contents. Wouldn't they be objectifying themselves or another human being? Let's not deny the fact that there are contents of sexual intercourse on OF. It is very prone to get leaked by many dishonest subscribers. Wouldn't it be weird if you see any of your own family members being a part of it? I personally will not want to see that happening, but you may, I don't know. It could lead to them starting a prostitution service (I didn't say these girls are prostitutes, so chill). And same thing, would you like to see your loved ones be part of this? Some of you may disagree, but this is just a point of view. And let me be clear again, I don't blame them for doing it because they were in an unpleasant situation that lead to them doing this. And yes, it is a 2-way street where there's a willing seller and a willing buyer.

Loved the sharing, yes. Lost me at trying to make sob stories the justification though, lol. And playing that sad music was cringe. Plenty of poor people don't do onlyfans, let's not spit on them, yeah? Or act like people are forced to make these choices because of circumstances. OnlyFans is a choice - yes there is a lot of social cost, but there is a lot of monetary gain. Just call a spade a spade and own it. Coming up with bs pulling-on-heartstring justifications is just a bit rich. This comment is more directed at OGS than the participants btw - specifically the question + editing + soundtrack. I thought the participants owned their choices and it was clear that they were doing it for the money and were just fine with paying the social cost. Which I can respect fully.
@alui53622 жыл бұрын
Also... I think the participants should think twice about trying to remove the social stigma, lol. Because they should realise that the only reason they are paid well right is because the high social cost is keeping competition at its current level. Remove the social cost, and you are going to be competing with many, many, many more people.

It's funny people say things like "it's easy money" or "she's not good at anything else so she's doing it" then why don't YOU do it? If it's easy money and you don't need a specific skill set to do it then why don't more people do it? And the answer is probably because deep down we know it's not easy. Doing something with a lot of judgement and stigma surrounding it is never easy, confronting adversity and doing things you need to do to survive is very hard. And it takes an amount of bravery to be able to trudge through it despite the obvious consequences. So honestly, put some respect on their names. And try to understand before judging.

If we have the will, we can justify anything to turn it within our favour. Probably the only real way humans could reconcile with things they felt they "had to do" - when in fact, there is always two roads (even inaction or enduring are viable pathways). Listen to what Tammy is saying here - it sounds like she gave up a marriage, her husband, just because she could not accept what is an entirely natural expection of any spouse, and, in so doing so, denied her children a father, just because she felt she earned her body and wanted to make money off of it (not to mention, wasting his life and time in having been with her)? Even the least judgemental person must concede that this was a very selfish decision - how can she even hope that her kids will ever understand why they lost the opportunity at being part of a whole family and why they had to grow up in a broken home? As someone who grew up in a broken home, I can tell you, if I could go back and keep my family together, there would be no sacrifice too great, and certainly being "wealthy" would be the easier thing to give up. She says that she wasn't educated, and I think this is just a blinder, a crutch, and an easy out - the solution to a poor education is to a. Get an education as an adult, or b. Get so much experience and apply yourself to problems that people look past your education and highlight your capabilities. But what she saw was c. Sell my body to the reservoir of online simps for fast cash, because I'm just a product of my own making, and we'll call that "marketing" and "content creation". Well, good luck applying those skills if and when you return to a legitimate business whose customers aren't simps and whose content goes beyond the superficial. [Edit: well, I looked into Tammy, and it seems like she already had a few decent businesses and a following going. So wtf? What was even the point of sacrificing a marriage here? To pay off a loan? Well, that comes down to good business sense... Thus, this cements my conclusion that these ladies have seen their body as an easy solution to life's challenges. How did she even get to keep custody over her kids...?] These girls are forgetting one really important thing - this will not last forever, and at some point, you'll have to either put out a resume or get an investor call to start something up with your cash... And this tainted history will be hard to wipe away when that time comes. Also, the habit of finding a solution with your body is going to look really tempting when the going gets tough. Will you spread your legs as your failsafe when you can't apply yourself to a problem? Whose lives will you ruin in the process then? Food for thought.

I appreciate the honestly that many say - its for the money and fame. On the opposite spectrum you have people trying to hide behind body positivity etc. which somehow comes across as disingenuous - Instagram is more than enough to cover that ...
