24 hour service on friday and saturday night at 1h intervals would help so much. not even everyday, just on weekends when people go out late

I was just discussing with a friend the other day that the modality of cancer treatment hasn't really changed for decades. Yes, the chemotherapeutic agents are not as toxic as they once were and are tailored to particular cancers and radiation isn't as damaging but we're still treating cancer by cutting stuff out, chemo, and radiation. Honestly, it's like the dark ages. We really need a breakthrough to upend the dominant paradigm of cancer treatment

Go stay in Singapore, don't come to Malaysia, after all, Singapore dollars depend on the economy of the dollar usa If usa falls with the state of war and the price increases everything usa in Singapore will be hit hard and poor, bankrupt. Don't take advantage of being an immigrant, After all the singapore country has enough immigrants Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, myanmar, Africa, etc. Don't come malaysia as an immigrant, Malaysia is better enough than Singapore support for usa and israel, go back. do not come to neighboring countries 👌👌👌

Cars are forced to lead a short life due to the ten years COE. A bit strange to compare the forty year longevity of a train to a car
@teeteetuu94
@teeteetuu94 Күн бұрын
Not necessarily the case. There's nothing stopping car owner from simply bidding for another COE for the same car. It's just a matter of whether they deem it worthwhile when compared to the value of the car. There's CNA's Steven Chia and his 1971 Benz for an example, still going strong.

@sxlrora
@sxlrora Күн бұрын
Seems like we are forgetting one tiny little detail. COE is there to regulate and an attempt to reduce amount of cars that we have in SG. Sooner or later, we will run out of space to park cars in SG regardless how much MSCP that we could build. It was nvr ever about the longevity.

There is another side to this story. I met "Jocelyn " on the streets of Olongopo (She approached me, I didn't approach her) while on liberty when I was in the Navy. She took me home with her. I remember she lived in a fairly big house, not some tin-roof shack. And yes, I used her sexually, but she also used me, coaching me on how to perform cunnillingus (which I never did before meeting her) so she could "get off" too. I was what they called a "cherry boy". I wasn't a virgin, but I was definitely inexperienced. She also introduced me to marijuana, which I never smoked before meeting her. She became my "steady" whenever I had liberty in the Philippines, but I had no doubt she "entertained " other sailors when I was out at sea, because she would greet them whenever she saw them on the street while we were out together. Naturally, I paid for everything. The food we ate, going to the movies, etc. She would write a shopping list of items she wanted me to buy for her from the Exchange on base. When I was at sea, I would receive letters from her, telling how much she "loved" me. So, between her using me financially, and sexually, you could say she "turned this cherry-boy out". Was "Jocelyn " a victim? Because, I think she was a stone-cold hustler who knew exactly how to get what she wanted from me. And, that's the flip-side to this story.
