The feast of the tabernacle or God will tabernacle with us is a indeed a joyful season for those who believes in him. This new season is indeed a wonderful time for those who prayed and longing for his appearance. Injustices here and there around the globe will be fix soon. The birth of the feast of Tabernacle is my grandson Sean vincent. God will rest on him and up to his last descendant. God will be his care taker and all his angels in heaven. God will give him every nation as his gift for glorifying him. Nation that will not honor him will perish and utterly ruined. Nation who will honor him will be bless and flourish. Sovereignty of nations will be upon his shoulders. God will surely honor him. He loves his tabernacle dearly and all who will honor him. God is a God of faithfulness for sure he will glorify his tabernacle together with his people. Come ye all you Nations, as i a Messenger of God told you these things ahead for you to act now and submit your life to God accordance to his new will for Sean and his descendant as bulwark and gates of heaven. Be part of glorifying act of God for Sean's life and all who will love him and honor him as God's tabernacle. He will surely be Windows of heaven and Earth's restoration efforts. Be kind and submissive to him as your King who loves you dearly. Be kind to one another as God was kind to you. Uphold life justice and be part of its walls. Give glory to the King of Jerusalem as Sean and Jerusalem are one God's apple of his eyes. Be forever bless Amen! To God be the glory forever and ever Amen!

Sorry, You lost me when you said "the church was birthed at Pentecost" ("Church" should not be in our scriptures, it should be "congregation" which described Israel in the Cepher) and also when you said "It's not Israel's feasts..." I think that statement can be misleading.

I believe the Messiah already fulfilled all 7 Feasts, including the fall Feasts. Remember in Genesis 22, Abraham was told that God would provide Himself a Sacrifice, then a Ram was caught in the thorns, a picture of the Crown of Thorns. The ONLY Holyday that uses the Ram's Horn/Shofar is Trumpets. Trumpets was a birth announcement of the Messiah. If you go back 9 months from Trumpets you see the Messiah being conceived by the Holy Spirit at the Holyday of the Light, Hanukkah. Hanukkah and the 2nd Day of Trumpets was added after Leviticus 23, why? Because they were to remain watchful for the First Coming of the Messiah, just like us today, we are to remain watchful for His 2nd Coming. The Messiah was then Circumcised on the Day of Atonement, fulfilling the Promise given to Abraham, through his loins all nations would be blessed. Christ Tabernacled amongst us like John 1 says, for 33 perfect years, THEN He became our Passover Lamb, then the Veil to the Holy of Holies tore, from Top to bottom. He was in the Tomb for Unleavened Bread. He rose on First Fruits, the first day of the week of week one of the 7 Weeks of 7, equaling 49 Days. Then on Day 50 He was DONE, He sent His Holy Spirit, We are now the temple. Twice as much Manna from Heaven was given on Friday the sixth day in the wilderness in Exodus 16 so the people of God could have their 7th Day Sabbath Rest. The Christ was crucified on Friday so the people of God could have Eternal Sabbath Rest. The Messiah is our 7th Day Rest, our 7th Year Rest, our 7 Feast Rest, and our Eternal Sabbath Rest. Look closely at Revelation 20, there are two Resurrections, one has already occurred. Look at Matthew 27, people who have previously died are seen in the Holy City, Jerusalem. The 144,000 are those, they are with Christ in Heaven right now. Zechariah 14 shows those that have died after the First Resurrection, their spirits are in Heaven, they get their Tabernacles at the Second Resurrection, that's why they celebrate the lone Feast of Tabernacles in Zechariah 14. In Hebrews 12:22-24 we see all those in Heaven right now: angels, those from the first Resurrection (first born), spirits of those that have died since Christ, and Jesus Himself. Notice also the week before the Cross, that the people put their Sukkot branches on the ground for the Christ to ride over, He fulfilling the Feast of Tabernacles. The Christ was born in the fall for the fall.

@@jesussaves1875 Hi Nats, my logic is interpreting Scripture with Scripture. The Full Gospel Message is this: Jesus Christ conquered sin and death and then He sent us the Holy Spirit. The Fall Feasts (Trumpets, Day of Atonement and Tabernacles) are for sin. Just a simple Bible study reveals this. The Spring Feasts are for death (Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Weeks). The last and 7th Feast of Weeks was 7 Weeks of 7, or 49 Days. The very next Day was Day 50, Pentecost, the Day that the Holy Spirit was given, Hallelujah!!! When you get a chance search keith elrod on KZbin. There are many things with today's church doctrine that have sadly been corrupted.

@@jesussaves1875 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the Lord your God?Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord , and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?Then will the Lord be jealous for his land, and pity his people.Yea, the Lord will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things.Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call. - Joel 2:1-32 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Joel2:1-32&version=KJV Awesome Scripture!!! Read Revelation 19. The 1st Resurrection already occurred in Matthew 27: And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. - Matthew 27:52-53 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew27:52-53&version=KJV As Rome destroyed Jerusalem in 70AD, the saints and Jesus came from above. Notice in Hebrews 12 everyone in Heaven right now: But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. - Hebrews 12:22-24 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Hebrews12:22-24&version=KJV Notice the Firstborn and spirits of just men are listed separately. The Matthew 27 Resurrection, which includes all the Old Testament saints from Hebrews 11 (the Faith chapter) are the Firstborn. If you die between the two Resurrections you are a spirit in Heaven. You get your Heavenly body at the 2nd Resurrection (the dead in Christ shall Rise first). Remember the only Way to Heaven is through Jesus Christ like John 14 says: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. - John 14:6 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John14:6&version=KJV Jesus went Hades after the Cross for 3 days and 3 nights. Hades, like Luke 16 says, had two compartments, hell and the Bosom of Abraham/Paradise ("Today you will be with Me in Paradise"). Here is Matthew 12: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. - Matthew 12:40 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew12:40&version=KJV So all the Old Testament saints from the 1st Resurrection came with Jesus in Revelation 19 and destroyed Jerusalem with Rome. ("Not one stone was left upon another"). If you think this sounds outlandish read in Kings when 185,000 Assyrians were destroyed by God. And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses. - 2 Kings 19:35 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2Kings19:35&version=KJV The Holy Spirit has been poured out as Joel prophesied. Jesus Christ conquered sin and death and then He sent us the Holy Spirit. Jesus says in Matthew 5 that He fulfilled the Law and Prophets: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. - Matthew 5:17 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew5:17&version=KJV Today's church teaches that Jesus didn't quite finish yet, oops, I forgot some things, what?? He is at the Righthand of the Father, His Work is done. Today's church says Jesus didn't fulfill the Law and Prophets. Nat, here is an awesome Scripture from Ezekiel: Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. - Ezekiel 36:25-27 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ezekiel36:25-27&version=KJV

@OurJewishRoots
@OurJewishRoots 4 жыл бұрын
When the jailer asked Paul and Silas what he must do to be saved, they responded, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved..." Romans 10 tells us: ""...if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." No matter how good we try to live, it is not by our own that we are saved, but rather through the Blood of the Lamb. Do you believe that Jesus was the son of God and that he took our sins to the cross and died for us? Do you believe he was resurrected, and is alive now? Ask our Father to send His Holy Spirit to guide you. Ask Jesus to come into your life and create in you the new being you are meant to be.

(the promise of the Father) This IS the NT gospel. (briefly and basically) It is NOT to, 'Ask Jesus to come into your life'. IF you were to Search the scriptures, (KJV) you WILL find we are baptized, IN his name, INTO his name, INTO his death, (the 'old man' Buried with him in baptism) INTO his body/church/family/house, with his Spirit, his Holy Spirit, (which is the Spirit of the living God) IN water. It IS the 'circumcision of Christ', 'made without hands', the 'circumcision of the foreskin of your heart'. With all due Sincere respect, you teach and believe a False doctrine Contrary to the word of God. (KJV) You are NOT in the 'Doctrine of Jesus Christ'. Based on your reply, I don't see how your question was actually sincere or serious as you said it was. It seems you just wanted to make a point. Yes, asking Jesus to come into your life is indeed Biblical. It is describing asking Him for a born-again experience. A mere knowledge of Him is not enough. John 3:3: Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” That is what is required for salvation. Baptism does not remove sins. Only God/Jesus can do that. The thief on the cross was not baptized, yet Jesus said he would be with Him in heaven. Baptism is an outward act done because you are forgiven.

Lk.8:11 Baptism is for the REMISSION OF SINS. (as explained in my previous comment) And Obviously it is by the grace of Almighty God. (Obviously) Titus 2:11-14 AFTER we are born again by the word of God, (KJV) to ENTER Into his kingdom, we MUST be born of water and of the Spirit. Asking Jesus into your life is accepting him totally. It is one way to describe the process of accepting His gift of salvation. There are many ways to describe this; this is just one. It is entirely Biblical and leads to being Born Again. We can keep repeating that the other is wrong back and forth to each other until the cows come home, but this is the clear truth accepted by Christians around the world. I don't know why it's such a sticking point for you. Phrase it however you want, but you must fully accept Christ and His salvation in your life. Ignoring your mockery, if you believe that physical baptism is required for salvation, then you believe in salvation by works, and this is not Biblical. The Bible teaches that NO WORK AT ALL is necessary for salvation, including baptism. There's no way around this. Salvation can't be by faith, plus this one work. It's by faith ALONE. We are baptized BECAUSE we have had our sins forgiven. Death-bed conversions without time for baptism are completely legitimate. It is silly to believe that God requires some ceremony to complete your salvation or it doesn't count. For a complete explanation, here is a good source, but there are many on the internet: www.gotquestions.org/baptism-Acts-2-38.html

It is my understanding that because Greek was the official language of Israel for over 300 years (in fact the speaking of Hebrew in public was not allowed) for this reason most Jews lost the ability to speak Hebrew (except those who were learned) - for this reason they translated the Hebrew scriptures to Greek in about 100BC (i.e. the Septuagint) so I was just wondering, how can you be sure what language Mary and Joseph spoke?
@OurJewishRoots
@OurJewishRoots 4 жыл бұрын
I wasn't able to find that Greek was the official language of Israel, but it was the language of commerce and a universal language because of Greek trade (like English is today), so it would have been important to have a Greek version of the Bible. Hebrew was the religious language and would also be known. The consensus is that Aramaic was spoken, which is related to Hebrew. Jesus was quoted speaking Aramaic several times in the Bible, most notably from the cross in Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34, but also other places. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Language_of_Jesus#Aramaic_phrases_in_the_Greek_New_Testament I think it's also telling that the words over the cross in Luke 23:38 were written in three languages: Greek, Latin, and Hebrew. Greek was the a universal language, Latin was the language of the Romans who were in charge, and Hebrew would be known by the Jews.

Well, it may be true that everyone was forced to speak Greek at one time, but I think it makes more sense that they learned it because it was an international language and needed for trade (at least at the time of Jesus). But Hebrew became more of a worship language and the consensus is that people mostly spoke Aramaic. The same thing happened in Europe when Yiddish took over a a more common language, reserving Hebrew as a more "holy" worship and prayer language. But speaking Hebrew wasn't lost. Anyone studying the scriptures would have to know it.

The text says some bystanders misunderstood him. To me it was always clear why, since "Eloi" sounds similar to "Elijah." They may not have heard him well, or they may have been foreign bystanders. I always figured the text translated it for the reader because the text was written in Greek and that audience may not know what it meant. Why would He know Aramaic and be quoted using it occasionally when no one else used it?

Jews don't traditionally verbalize the Sacred Name and substitute it to keep from using it in vain. I don't really know what Yeshua would have said in that circumstance, but if He had said YHVH out loud, He would have caused a scandal and I think we would have read about it.

Yeshua was not into getting in the face of the Pharisees? Really? Every miracle He performed was all about slamming the traditions and elevating the Word. Starting with defiling the stone pots at the wedding, to making mud on Shabbat and thus creating the missing eye components; having the man walk more than a Sabbath's day journey, which is also a contrivance of the religious leaders and not of God. I'm pretty sure Yeshua was not afraid of the Antiochus Epiphanies by this point as the Maccabees took care of his "little horn" butt well before that time, and the Romans had yet to make their copycat decree; that came much later when all Jewishness was outlawed by Rome, and the big box church of rome was created. Interesting premise.

There's no record of a complaint about this so I presume that it didn't happen. But, yes, it's certainly possible and just wasn't recorded, but a complaint about something as simple as gleaning grain on the Sabbath was recorded and I think this would have been a much bigger deal.
