I really had NO expectation that you'd be able to do this video this year so I'm so delighted to see it! My daughter was the same as Penelope around 3-4, only wanted to play with little figurines and LOVED Minnie Mouse. My son's PT recommended the same scooter for him about 2yrs ago. It's workd well for him because it's light and easy to manage for his low tone. And the 2 wheels in the front have been a huge help for balance support. He rides that thing like a pro now. We're up grading to a 2 wheel scooter made for bigger kids since he's so tall.

Make sure to get a screen protector for the phone too, the screen protector and otter box cover saved my phone when it went bouncing down concrete steps during the summer. My phone is still practically new as a result.
