Bob Randall, is an Yankunytjatjara Elder and a traditional owner of Uluru (Ayers Rock). Bob is one of the stolen generation of the Aboriginal people, taken from his family at the age of seven. For those of us who have no claim to tribal lands one way to establish a sense of the Oursness of the land is to shift taxation off of incomes and values created by individuals through their labor and real capital investment onto land values all of which are created by all of us the private pocketing of which was and is the sole motivation to steal the land and natural resources and abuse them for profit. This would restore our individual sense of community Oursness. Land value taxation.
