Watch some of the early SRK films where he played negative/grey characters please. Darr, Baazigar and Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na. Fun fact, he entered the industry as an antihero. Nobody knew he was going to win hearts by playing romantic characters back then. In fact, he had initally refused to play Raj in DDLJ because of this reason.

All his last movies, in terms of box office fails in india but if we add overseas collection to local collection most of the time it covers its budget and also profit For an example his last movie zero's budget was 200 cr but in india it collect only 86 cr but at the global box office it collects total 186 cr

3 "flops" 1. Zero was good first half , SRK was good but 2nd half was stupid. 2. Raees was a decent story but people focused on the wrong thing. It was a OK movie not bad. 3.
