So true, I tried with my son a 2, and he had zero interest, and it stressed us out. We waited, and we were able to potty train him the second time around in 3 days. He's 5 now and has never had an accident or wet the bed.

@tiffanystevenson9237 Similar experience with our first son. Never initiated it again. My last 2 boys trained themselves. Our society pushes children's milestones unnecessarily. Growth happens at different rates, we're all like snowflakes ❤️

Maybe u already know this Sara but if not, try to avoid letting folks jump into the pond and then into the pool with out rinsing off. U may struggle with algae regardless jus having ur pool close to the pond but I know for sure u can drag algae and certain spores I think they’re called from ur pond that are good for the pond but will cause issues in ur pool. Jus a heads up from someone who knows little about it but they’re many ppl who do know so jus a heads up.

Aw, your house is beautiful, and I can relate to the sadness of not having babies in diapers. Our youngest is 4, and she potty trained at 1, so I went through that sadness. Our oldest is 25, so that's a lot of years of diapers. (we have 11) sending love and a huge congratulations from Wisconsin!❤️

Is there an outlet in the kids’ toilet room? You can put a nightlight in there. Or do one of those toilet lights. That way if a sibling turns off the light while someone else is in there, they won’t be completely in the dark.
