'Trees of righteousness' discussion is just wonderfully rich and insightful. Points us back to the doctrine of the family, which is at the center of it all - our relationship to God and inherent identity. We're going to judge the philosophers by the gospel (& not vice versa) - thank you for your strength and faith, Dr Baron - it is tangible and contagious.

I don't comment on things very often, but I have to say I absolutely LOVED this episode! Thank you all so much for bringing on so many special guests and helping us all to have this opportunity to learn just a little more than we knew before. My son is serving out in southern Cali right now and has definitely felt the opposition there (as I know many others have in all areas), but he has grown so much because of it. He has had the forest to help feed his testimony AND strengthen it through opposition. Thank you all, especially Dr. Baron, for bring such imagery to our lesson this week.

I had always known God is a jealous God but never really thought about it but learning that its His zeal for my salvation is humbling. If i need Isaiah 58 blessings, I need to practice Isaiah 58 obedience😊. Loved Dr Ross’ testimony and conversion story❤..just WOW!!

When we had the opportunity a few years ago to send comments to the Church Music Committee about how we felt about individual hymns and hymns we thought should be included in the next edition of the hymn book, I shared my feeling that the time has come that we need to change the last lines of the second and third verses of “We Thank Thee O God for a Prophet.” I feel that your discussion on Isaiah 60 encourages that.

When it was discussed that Jesus tread the wine press alone, I was also thinking about mountain climbing. There always needs to be the first person who climbs the mountain setting all the anchors for those who will come behind.
