scary to think that Gorst isn’t even in his prime yet… when he reaches master level he will be just as refined as Ouschan no doubt. i think he is the only younger top-tier player who could’ve competed with Ouschan’s exceptional safety play and strategy. Filler i know definitely wouldn’t be able to, no offense. absolutely exceptional match between the two. 👍

If I was a pro, I'd have a break cue, jump cue, regular length playing cue, and extended length playing cue. That was each is quickly at hand without having to change butts/shafts during the timed shot clock.

When Gorst is ripping thru all those smaller tourneys in the US these past few months, his only real formidable opponent is SBV. But the world is bigger than the US, Europe and Asia is full of monsters. Im not criticizing him, just wondering if the softer fields in the new year might not be great for him. He is still amazing, but not being against the wall all the time...
