Our local Pride alliance organization wanted to hang banners for the month of Pride and our local village board said no because they gave into all the hateful people. We were allowed to put up two Pride flags on our Welcome to Herkmier NY signs and they were stolen.

New York Pride is so beautiful! Would love to visit one day! Kendra's dress was absolutely stunning! It looks as thiugh you were reckognized quite a few times. On one hand I feel like it "shouldn't be" a big deal that people are different. Everyone should be accepted. But I know that is not and traditionally has not been the case.
