I just typed 'the art of bop drumming' and found this. Amazed by your playing, but if that playing is written on the book, It'll take about 10 years to master it to me! Amazing drumming man.

+tuna huma Thanks for you're generous comments! The charts from the book is just a lead sheet with melody and chords. You're free to do what ever you want on it! I highly recommend! Stay well Tuna Huma

...It IS a brilliant book, well worth getting for anyone interested in getting into jazz/bop... In fact, I'm more into funk but jazz is so demanding that I figure it has to be worth breaking into it. I've only been drumming for about a year (pretty intensively) and have spent about three weeks now on the first page of exercises - basic snare patterns with the ride cymbal beat. They're beginning to swing now and, hell, just from that I feel like my musical IQ has about doubled. Independence (or interdependence)... Subtlety, groove, precision... Controlling the volumes between different parts of the kit... This book brings opens so much up in those areas, it's really huge. :-)
