Yeah I feel bad for the mother for sure. I honestly don't think they are actually blood related though after carefully watching the video. It's actually pretty clear the girl isn't a human at all, but an evil clown monster hailing from the dark dimension. Most people don't know this, but the dark energy given off from children during nightmares can coagulate into a single point in the dark dimension.
