Totally agree, foundation training is an amazing system for healing the body. Your testimonial was emotional and heartfelt, I too share this program with anyone who has pain or back issues. Thank you Eric and your team. You are doing important work.

I’m looking for a video I did around 5 years ago. It’s difficult to remember, but I think it was 4-5 minutes long. It helped my posture big time. A few stretches I remember were holding the sphere and something that might have been called spread eagle, where the arms are at a 30-45 degree angle at the side and then extended back, opening the shoulders. I know you remove videos, but I could feel a change in my posture after doing that video the very first time. I even did it in my classroom with students. I have been in grad school for 2.5 years and have redeveloped horrible posture and back pain. I would be forever grateful if I were given the link. Thank you!

That sounds like a simple Founder and Integrated hinge video. I would recommend my newer version of the 12 minute video on here. It’s an excellent resource for grad student posture.

Many merits to you and your son for seeking out the help to gain mobility and full body health through movement strategies. My husband has mentioned this training to me, I have no injuries, but I feel as a n older women , this training would be extremely useful. We ride moto and the pros mention this training as staples in their regimens.
