About Kym Whitley:
These days, the majority of people know Kym Whitley either from her frequent appearances on Larry David’s groundbreaking HBO series “Curb Your Enthusiasm” or from “The Tom Joyner Morning Show.” But that’s only the tip of the iceberg. Kym is actually a comedienne, actress, activist, author and - perhaps most importantly - a mother.
She got her start in the Shelley Garrett play “Beauty Shop,” which started in L.A. and wound up doing a national tour. Her TV career took off during the mid-to-late ‘90s. Kym has appeared in “Married with Children,” “Moesha,” “The Wayans Brothers Show,” “’Til Death,” “Meet The Browns,” “Animal Practice,” “Two Broke Girls,” “The Bay,” “Young & Hungry” and “Twenties” (among others). Kym is also no stranger to the big screen. Sherri knew that she broke from the norm. She is truly enjoying knowing and hearing Kym's heart for her. Why did Sherri not call Kym the next day? Sherri, at this point in my watching, has yet to apologize to Kym. Should Kym ever pump the breaks on their closeness to guard her heart Sherri will truly feel that loss. Whether she meant to or not, she hurt her friend's heart and should have apologized. Then Kym could have said I'm sorry for thinking the friendship worse. Regardless of how you think Kym was thinking her heart was hurt and you failed to acknowledge it.

I'm so glad that everyone made up! Sending you all a big hug! I am in Girlfriend Hell right now myself. One of my longtime girlfriends that I have know since I was in the 5th grade (I'm 58 years old now), has stop talking to not only me but our other friends too and none of us can figure out why. I finally just sent her a heartfelt text letting her know how much I miss her and that I will always be there for her. I had a dream and she was in it and I felt I needed to reach out to her. She responded with two words, "doing ok". I decided to just leave it in Gods hands and hope she knows that if she needs me for anything, I am here. Sherri what I got from you and Kym's story is that your friendship is very special to her and she would be very hurt if you ever just ghosted her like that. This is why it was so emotional for her. We are all adults and we should be able to talk to each other if we are having a problem with the other person. I pray that you two, (Andre too) are friends to the end and that my friend will come around, Amen!!
