This chapter states:
“The entire exhaust system shall be inspected for grease buildup by a properly trained, qualified, and certified person(s) acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction. If grease buildup is found, the entire system shall be cleaned by a properly trained, qualified, and certified person(s) acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.”
