Keyboard got damp. Stored in a basement? Or next to a radiator perhaps? Either of these situations could make it go out of tune. I'd recommend getting a professional Tuner in to fix it. I hear the blind ones are the best. Good luck!

dude, it must be the speakers that are built into it. cuz the demo songs shouldnt sound like that because they are programmed into the keyboard. so if the demo songs are sounding how they should. its definitely the speakers. just a helpful tip if you havent solved the problem by now
