This cat should be on a lead harness. If it was to get spooked it would take off and get lost, beautiful cat dumb owner.

We know our cat very well, and we have the harness with us everytime we are outside just in case we need to use it. Spooky is getting scared if he is Not with us, so as long as we are togethere, he is and feels super safe! Have a nice day! Btw: we could never get Spooky's life in danger! Never!! If you have cats, they would love to have us as owner, heheh. :)
