Hi Cindy, try finding some old curtain lining (for your water tanks)perhaps from a thrift shop, although it’s not totally water proof it withstands the summer heat, it’s a type of fabric that has a sun block coating applied to it.

The water will be so hot coming out of black tanks. Make sure the IBC covers are UV resistant.

They were uv resistant but that particular brand just didn't last. I have others that have lasted for years.
