the cold toughens the bones! wear a thicker jumper, eat an orange in the morning, drink a shot of bagaço at night. you'll be fine.

One day soon, the pigs are going to speak and say, let us out...we are bored waiting for food.😢..there's plenty of grass outside our fence...Seems like you need a bigger farm with swop around camps! And a ready made 2 bed home! Maybe let them out in sequence? So they can do what Kune's do best...graze! They see the sheep go running escaping the jail, and they must want to as well. Sheep and herder wander all over areas in Portugal keeping the grass down. Do you have spotlight on to chase predators away? Especially now with lambs being born? You don't want to have that stress during the cold nights. Such caring neighbours...Cindy...wonderful to give their time to work outside in the cold. Cape Town, hot and breezy...

You’re not some of those packages they send us. I have a hard time opening always keep a pair of scissors around and that’s my next tool that I’m gonna buy. Hopefully my daughter got me a electric staple which I use a lot. Good luck with that. That’ll be fun. I’m worse than a man when it comes around looking at tools. I just sit there and drool. Do you think if you had poured water while you were drilling that it might help I don’t know.

I think I will find myself one of those chain saws. I have some firewood that is too big to get into the stove so it needs cutting. I have a splitting axe but I can't lift it. Today it is 7C with some rain. Monday overnight it will drop to -14C with a wind chill of -24C. We will have dangerous cold for about 2 days, so we are getting a taste of the Polar Vortex, rather than the full experience we had 2 yrs ago. 🥶 from N.S 🇨🇦 🙂👍

Quite a challenge awaits next week with feeding and watering the sheep and Kune's, inbtw the rain. The shower room must be freezing as well. Who can make a frame and hang a second hand door for you? Hopefully this year the store will have a flat roof, tip or sliding door and floor to complete that essential project. Pray you get lots of lecture commisions soon to finance these upgrades. A travel post is very enjoyable for viewers.

Cindy is not worried about the rain, she knows we need some rain to make beautiful plants grow in the Spring, she always gets work assignments, no need to worry about that either! My bathroom is surprisingly not freezing and I shower during the late afternoon when it is still relatively warm. Luckily there are always breaks in the rain so feeding the animals is never a problem.

When you have a pinched nerve...you haven't the energy, but to nurture yourself...when you don't know where to sit even...only those who have this affliction understand...you need to push yourself, to do tasks...there is noone to help. A painkiller mostly relieves, but then healing takes longer as you have been naughty as needs must!!

And Cindy herself has mentioned the tenuous stability of her current job. And smart people don’t always make the wisest decisions. Don’t over read what other people kindly offer up. Cindy puts herself out there willingly in the KZbin galaxy - expecting varied responses. Relax. This woman was just showing her interest and care.
