Kiwi ingenuity at its very best. Congratulations to the Outback guys and thanks for a terrific vid. I'm likely to buy one on my return to NZ!

I can see a lot of innovative thinking went into the design of that boat . They seemed to have addressed a number of areas that certainly needed upgrading on the competitions boats. As always thanks for the great videos.

Comprehensive review thanks Goat. I wonder if conventional jet boat owners know just how much of the year they limit themselves to not going out and having fun in their boats, 'cause there's not enough flow. They head out in winter, all rugged up in Winter wet weathers whereas the inflatable crowd are out all summer long exploring gin clear shallow rugged rivers. And so many boaters on the West coast this past autumn said we would not be able to boat many rivers were stunned when we told them that evening we went a couple of hours up 'that' river. An awful lot of boaters have never heard of or seen an inflatable jet boat. But I think as the average ago of jet boaters increases that will change.

What a great review, cheers mate! Any chance of doing one on the outboard motor/jet - they have got to be up there with the Outback boats. Love my jetboats, but yeah.........that final shot of being marooned sure gets a bloke thinking, eh?

Very nice. What engine do you use? Stock intake and impeller?

A good review, I'd be interested in your thoughts on the forward control boats.
@goatracing6106 ай бұрын
The forward controls is just like being in a normal boat, with the 60hp fourstroke suzuki its a nice boat

hi, i was wondering if you can share your information on motor height to the bottom of the boat and... do you always have to run the tip of the shoe under to avoid cavitation? i just got myself a strizh 420. trying to fine tune it to run skinny. i got a 40hp enduro on it
@goatracing6104 ай бұрын
you might have to talk to the strizh people about how to set it up, each boat brand is different from each other as far as tunnel sizing and shape so what works on mine wont be the same as yours

Awesome Kiwi design and product. Do you have a sale agent in Europe?

They are already dispatching boats all over the globe from NZ. Just contact Graeme

How do they go with tree snags?
@goatracing6106 ай бұрын
So far just seems to bounce of the stumps, like most most dont try and hit them at speed and it will just slide along the side, have seen a river barge hit some logs at speed down at Haast, ripped the 4mm alloy side to bits and sunk the boat, any boat can sink , you just need to take a bit of care

Do you think it's worth all the extra money?
@goatracing6106 ай бұрын
Yes its worth the extra money for the thought thats gone into it, complely different shape underneath, thicker material and weldded hull, that step up that you where trying to get through in one of your videos, the outback boat would have sliced its way up there with no issuses due to the hull having a lot more "lift", the hull has a distinctive vee in the front of it that slices a lot better through the water and feeds the water under the boat giving a lift to the hull, the solars tend to push through the water which is why you got water over the front instead of slicing/floating through it,try that next time with all the weight in the back to stop the nose from digging in, keep the videos coming , looks like you have a nice life style up there
