Beasty is the best when it comes to micro... Only Marinelord can take him on and then Beasty just feels bit slower.. not always but most of the time. Beasty is insane but Marinelord might just be a machine lol

Only the top 1-2% of players play like that. Roughly 70% have pretty average skill. Drongo is part of the top 10% in skill and he's nowhere near as good as Beasty if you compare their games.

This game really shows the huge differences in player skills. Zerton opens with a private pond plus three relics next to him and he is unable to make good use of it to get an early kill. Meanwhile Beasty and Wam reign supreme in the early game

I love how 6 players all decided at once to suddenly start fighting at the 25 min mark. It almost felt scripted it was so perfectly timed

Aussie and Octagon 1 got me into watching AOE4 stuff. I don't even play but freaking love watching and Aussie makes it much more enjoyable. Great caster and even greater series! 🎉 OO3 🎉

My problem with this game mode is how easy sniping is as was shown when Matiz insta died. It gives me the same ick feeling watching firelancers run past an army to just eliminate landmarks. It is exciting the first time you see it but it quickly becomes less interesting. I wish there was a game mode that kept the 50 pop increased but tied to landmarks.

In StarCraft, the way range out scales melee was demonstrated very well with marines and zerglings. In 1v1 - 3v3, zerglings would beat the marines. At 4v4+, the marines would win since that was the tipping point where the marines would kill at least one zergling before they got into melee range, ensuring that the sides were imbalanced by the time the zerglings could start doing damage.

Watching from beastys KZbin channel, it didn't feel they had time, but watching from Drongo s cast, I feel like they were all afraid of him and played poorly because of it. Collaborating to take out the strongest player should be logically good but I think because the kill is the same value, people are more likely to attack weaker players. I'd love if you got me population for every kill the player you killed had. Not a full fifty for each, but maybe ten. That would encourage players to attack stronger players.

Bombards do WAAAAAYYYYYY too much damage. They trivialise defensive buildings.

That is actually the point of the unit. It is a slow moving siege unit that does damage to buildings and walls but they costs an arm and a leg. Cheap melee units and cavalry kill it in seconds. Springalds can also dispatch bombards pretty quickly. Now if your defensive buildings are undefended by cheap melee units or cavalry or springalds, you deserve to lose your defensive building to units that have the speed of a snail :) jk But if you are really think that, I think they are testing big changes to siege in the test servers right now so it is possible siege will get major changes.

@@john41690 The 'battle' where Matiz lost his Red Palace was just too quick, no time to respond because of 3 bombards, and people often have way more than 3. That is an Imperial defensive landmark keep and it just got wiped like it wasn't even there, less than 10 seconds even with vils repairing it. Why even bother building it, why bother building a wall, doesn't even slow bombards down. Just doesn't feel balanced to me, I would have preferred to see that battle play out with trebs, instead of just 2 volleys from the death cannon into GG.

The two continents can be collectively called "The Americas" a somewhat archaic term dating back to 1492, and that term doesn't have a citizenship component. Regardless, the parlance used by people living in a region actually matters not just those given by others. Canadians are not Americans, sure we are North Americans and wouldn't contest that, but that's not a term used frequently. Furthermore, national identity is purely patriotic, it's literally the only meaning, otherwise it's just imaginary lines on the map. The idea that you look at how people identify themselves on the other side of the world and decide that they are ignorant because they don't use your terms to identify themselves is shocking.
