Hey Senja.... how have you been. Yes there are so many different things to do in the Outback and very different terrain than what you see along the coast. It was really nice exploring 💖💖 Thanks for watching

Hey Chris, what a wonderful resource you have created for those visiting Queensland. Visitors could stay busy for days with all of your recommendations 😊 when we plan a visit we will def have to re watch some of your episodes 🙌

Days....try weeks 🤣🤣. These spots are covered over such a huge area. Glad you enjoyed it guys...took me a long time to put it together and even cut out a bit to keep it shorter...lol. Been wanting to do it for ages and so glad that's it's done now 😁👍

@@AquariusTraveller yeah we forget how spread out all the things you do are. We're fortunate that the majority of the videos we've made here in Florida require an hour or less of travel. But soon we'll be venturing farther from home to make content as well! We feel your pain on the amount of time that goes into a highlight/compilation video. It's hard to make a video where you can only use 1% of the available footage!
@AquariusTraveller2 жыл бұрын
I have been recirculating a lot of videos lately... all videos I have featured before in longer vids but reused for compilation vids. I feel bad only using it just the once...lol. I'm glad to get more out of it 👍..to feature different keywords

My goodness this is comprehensive! So much to do in Queensland! I think all of the places you show here are places we would enjoy visiting. Wow, the drone shot of you guys on the hill with the sunset 🌅 so stunning!!

Took me forever to go through all the footage and try and get everything in. I even deleted about 5 others as the video was getting too long...lol. Such different terrain out there for sure, but loved every minute of it 💖 Thanks for trying to get through such a long video

Oh...and by the way. If it was quilpie you were talking about...it was actually a sunrise. 💖💖

Very nice and thorough recap of your recent adventures. Good of you to showcase Bernie working his magic as a guide. HEY! Great progression of skill set with the editing. WOOP! There seemed to be heaps of never before seen footage in the 1st half…unless my age is catching up to me. That was a treat either way! ;) Cheers!

I do have lots of footage not seen - I known I have been posting about the same things, just using different keywords to get more reach. It heaps to use different footage to keep it new I think. Bernie was great, when I visited Cobbold Gorge...Help me out big time with getting some great footage. Thanks for getting through this one...I know it would have been tough for you :)

Excellent video Chris. A fantastic summary of magnificent Queensland that many people are possibly not aware of. How beautiful is Cobbold Gorge! 👌 I didn't realise the QANTAS museum took that long to complete. I have driven past countless times but am yet to visit the place. This video would be extremely handy for international tourists, well done 👏👏 ✔

Thanks so much Bernie - Took a long time to collect and been trying to do it for the last month...YAY finally finished ...LOL some people spend all day looking at the Qantas Museum.... After the specific tours, I was done, but Matt wanted to have a look at all the other exhibits and were interesting...Even got to fly a fake plane, and was pretty crap at it...LOL My outback queensland content has started ranking in the last couple of weeks through search, so through it was a good time to release, with people researching Thanks for the support and watching...Catch you next time :)

@@AquariusTraveller Interesting. I guess people are prepping for the upcoming season. Hmm, perhaps I might look through my titles and perhaps thumbnails. If I get the time. I have been approved to enter WA, so looks like I might be off in a couple of weeks. Possibly. I bet it took you a while, you had loads of material to sift through, but well worth it. My last 2 videos have totally flopped, as bad as anything I've done. And lost 4 subscribers in the last week 🤦♂️ This KZbin is a fickle beast! 🤣🤣
@AquariusTraveller2 жыл бұрын
@@adventurewithbernie Title and thumbnails are the key, and AB testing with some of my older videos now....but yes, have to have time to do it and test it out. Some of my outback videos were part of that testing and hard to tell if it's just cause people are looking or because I change the thumbnail..LOL So your going back to collect your car...Or going back to work ? I've had some flops too and I see lots out there. Not everyone goes viral every time and I have heard that only 5% has the opportunity to do it. The rest is based on search and subs. My subs or returning viewers have gone up last month, so I'm still happy..LOL Definitely a fickle beast!

@@AquariusTraveller Thanks for the reply. Having travelled overseas for many years it’s time for me to see the Qld outback and your video gave me a useful introduction. Is it possible to do the sights by train and public transport and then hire a four-wheeler when needed? Appreciate your input.
@AquariusTraveller Жыл бұрын
@@alc6799 the only train from Brisbane I know of is the one to longreach... not even sure to can stop anywhere else though. I have a friend who is a train driver along the Savannah way...but you would still have to drive to get there. A 4wd is not a necessity for the outback...but just depends what you want to do. There is lots of sealed roads on the popular part, it's just when you get into national parks etc that a 4wd will be needed. I've been doing QLD for the last 2 years and have plenty of videos from the coast and outback. Everything I featured in this vlog, has longer and more detailed ones if you need to research more...plus my blog which has more info 👍👍
